The spring day we've all been waiting for - sunny and 73º. Two of our Sugar Maples had sap flows courtesy of a wintering Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. In addition to the butterflies (and numerous green bottle flies), a Downy Woodpecker and a Yellow-rumped Warbler were seen sampling the sap.
