Sighting for June 4, 2017

Cool, overcast with periods of rain.
Despite the awful late spring weather, we did manage to see a few butterflies flying and nectaring.

Several American Lady caterpillars were seen feeding on Pussytoes.

We also flushed numerous day and night flying moths walking along the fields as well as encountering an uncommon in NJ, Powder Moth hiding out in the forest during the rain showers.
